Defect or broken products: When you receive your order and notice a defect or broken produkt, please contact us within 24 hours by e-mail to info@felinaworld.nl or by telephone at +31 13 8508459 for further instructions. Cooling down period - Right of revoke After the buyer has received the ordered product(s) and whatever reason is not satisfied with the by Felina World delivered product(s), the buyer has the right to cancel the underlying agreement within 14 days after the date of receiving the order. No reason has to be mentioned. When the buyer wishes to annul the agreement of these conditions, he needs to mention this in writing (by e-mail or letter) to Felina World. In this case the product(s) need to be returned immediately to Felina World in it's original packaging, unharmed and unused. The buyer is responsible for the costs and the risks of returning the products. After Felina World has received the returned product(s), she will refund the purchase price of the product(s) within 30 days to the buyer. |
