How can I order at Felina World?

Before you can order products at Felina World, you first need to register yourself by creating an account. This is a one time action only.
The information you have to enter when creating an account are necessary for:
- to contact you when necessary, regarding your order;
- to create an invoice at your name;
- to be able to ship a parcel to your or another address;
- to add the earned bonus points for your order to your account.

After creating an account you can log in to the store.
You can do this by clicking at the Login button (top-right screen) and enter your e-mail address and password.
Now you're able to order products!

Adding a product to your shopping cart:
1. First you have to search a product you like. This can be done by clicking the option 'Products or through Home and selecting one of the stores.
2. After choosing a product you click at "Add to cart". After that you'll see that an item has been added to your shopping cart (top screen). Also the total amount, the weight and the bonus points of your order is being displayed.
3. If you want to add more products to you shopping cart, please repeatsteps 1 and 2.

Placing an order:
1. When you're ready to place your order, please click at your shopping basket (top-mid screen).
2. Please check a final time your order.
3. Now click at the button "Checkout"
4. If you don't have created account at Felina World yet you now will be asked to create one. If you already have an account you can now log in.
5. After being logged in, you will see the page Delivery Information. First you're able to select the shipping address. If you like you can even change the shipping address (for e.g. you can have your order shipped to your office address or at the neighbours). After that you're able to select the shipping method. More regarding shipping methods please click here. Finally you're being able to add a comment at the special section for this. Now click at the button "continue".
6. Now you see the page Payment Information. Here you're being able to change the billing address (in case when you want the invoice sent to another address as the order). After that you can choose the payment method. For information regarding the PayPal payment method (for payments by creditcard) please read more here. After this you have the possibility to tick to redeem bonus points (when available in your account) to pay for your order. When this is the first time that you order at Felina World and you were referred by a friend to us, please fill in her or his e-mail address and send your friend 20 bonus points. Now click on the button "continue".
7) you have arrived at the page order confirmation. You see here the delivery address, the by you selected produkt(s), the billing address, the by you selected payment method and shipping method and redeemed bonus points. When entered you'll also see here your comment. If needed it is possible to change everything of your order here as it has not been placed yet.
8) If everything is correct and you would like to place the order, click at the button "Confirm order".

Congratulations!! Your order has been placed at Felina World. Directly after placing your order you'll receive an order confirmation. This automatic generated order confirmation will be send to you by e-mail within 2 minutes after your order has been placed. In this order confirmation you'll find your complete order with all specifications of your order.

What happens after your order?

1. After your order we keep you regurlarly informed by e-mail till your order is being shipped. So will you receive an order update when your order is actually being shipped to you.
2. Also when yoy have received your order at home, you can always ask us for support.
