Payment options

A payment of products can be done in several ways depending where the buyer lives (Netherlands, European Union , rest of Europe or outside Europe)

The payment methods the buyer has (depending the country where he lives) are:
1. Advance payment by bank transfer or giro;
2. Advance payment through Ideal (only Netherlands);
3. Cash on delivery (only Netherlands);
4. Advance payment through PayPal;
5. Advance payment by credit card: Visa, Mastercard of Amex;
6. Advance payment through Bancontact / Mr. Cash (only Belgium);
7. Advance payment through Giropay (only Germany);
8. Cash during pick up of the goods.

1. Bank transfer

When you choose "bank transfer" as an option to pay for your order you will receive after placing the order a confirmation e-mail with detailed payment instructions needed to make the bank transfer.
After receiving your payment your order will be shipped immediately.

2. Ideal

When you choose to pay through "Ideal" as an option to pay for your order you will be automatically forwarded to your trusted internet banking application. You will be guided by your bank through the payment proces. Payments through Ideal are immediately deposited at our bank account. Therefor your order will be immediately shipped after receiving your payment.
Attention: Payment through Ideal is at this moment only posssible in the Netherlands.

3. Cash on Delivery

When you choose to pay by "cash on delivery" as an option to pay for your order than you pay at the postman with the delivery of your parcel. In the case you are not at home when the postman delivers the parcel, he will leave a message for your. With this message (including a personal ID) you will be able to pick up the parcel at the post office.
Attention: please check the page "shipping info" to see for what countries "cash on delivery" is applicable.
When you have chosen "cash on delivery" for payment, you are as buyer presumed to accept the order. When you as a buyer refuse to accept the order we will charge you a one time administration fee of EUR 25,--.

4. PayPal

4.1 What is PayPal?

When you choose to pay through "PayPal" as an option to pay for your order this is an easy and safe way by paying with your credit card on the internet.

PayPal recognizes many Credit Cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Credit card information is not being stored at Felina World.

A payment through PayPal is from one PayPal account to another PayPal account.

4.2 Opening an free account at PayPal

Creating an account through Pay Pal is simple and free of any costs.
Follow the instructions at PayPal to open a free account.

After that you are ready to make payments through PayPal.

4.3 Paying your order at Felina World through PayPal

When you make a purchase at Felina World during the order process and you chose PayPal as the payment option the payment process goes fully automatically. You only have to follow the instructions.

Just make sure that you return at the end of the payment back to Felina World to make sure that your order has been registrated at Felina World!!!!

4.4 Making a payment through PayPal after you have placed an order at Felina World

In case you have placed an order with another payment option at Felina World, but you prefer to make the payment throug PayPal that is no problem at all. You just send an e-mail to Felina World with the message that you will be paying your order through PayPal and mention the order number.

You than go directly to PayPal and do the following:
1. Log in to your PayPal account

2. Choose the option send money

3. Fill in at the Recipient's Email: payment@lemaxshop.com
4. Amount: your order amount (in this example: 100)
5. Currency: euros
6. Type: Goods
7. Subject: Order no. (in this exemple: order no. 2005-350)

8. Check the confirmation information and press Send money

That's it. You have than made a payment and we will receive an e-mail from PayPal with the confirmation of your Payment.
We will than immediately ship your order.
